• Time itself will destroy your tapes - the average video tape is expect to retain its original signal for a maximum of 10 years.
• Your irreplaceable memories stored on VHS will disappear with time, they are not permanent.

What's so great about DVD?

• You get instant access to parts of your video through the menu system.
• Simply watching your DVD will not degrade the signal at all.
• There are two types of DVDs:
• One is expected to last 25-50 years before losing data. These are less expensive and commonly used in "bargain" services.
• The other has an expected lifetime of over 100 years. We use these discs.
• Store more video, at higher quality, in less space.

      Our basic service includes the conversion to DVD of a 2-hour, unreturned VHS tape. Once we receive your VHS tape, we digitize it in its entirety. Next we create the menu screen, according to your specifications. This allows you to jump from scene to scene easily and comes complete with motion icons and customized text. Finally we design the DVD label art, write the audio / video data to the disk and laser engrave the label. This service retails for $15.00 plus shipping and handling. There are also extra features and services available at additional cost.
